I’m a thinker not a talker. I’m a physical person but my minds always going. I generally have 100 things I’ve thought about saying but decide it’s not worth it most of the time. Or just over think it too much so its too late by the time I’m ready to say anything. That’s why running has worked so well for me. It actually turns off all the extra noise and thinking in my head. Because I have no choice but to focus on my breathing and focus on my body and not my head. Running makes living with ADHD so much easier.
